The executable program DRIVINGHEALTH® INVENTORY including UFOV® was developed and will be supported by the research team at TransAnalytics, LLC.
     
 
Problems that may arise should first be documented through an email request for technical support.  Common problems include missing or outdated versions of Adobe® applications on the user's PC, or if network/firewall issues prevent proper operation of the screening program.  All customers with a current subscription for uses of the software will be provided with technical support here.
     
 
Any software flaw affecting the normal operation of the functional screening program will be promptly corrected.  Though extremely unlikely, if the accuracy or reliability of a customer's screening results is called into question, the affected number of uses of the screening program will be added to the customer's account at no charge.  As program upgrades become available, they will be offered to customers at each login.
